Pet Policy

 Altis Grand Twin Lakes permits a maximum of 2 cats or dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds. The pet fee is $400 for one pet and an additional $350 for the second pet. Pet rent is $30.00 per pet per month. Certain breeds of dogs are prohibited, including but not limited to Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepard, Chow, Pitbull (including American Staffordshire, terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier & American Pitbull Terrier.) Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Cane Corso, Presa Canneries, Bull Mastiffs, Fil Brassieres or any mix including any of the above mentioned breeds.  All pets must be registered with petscreening.com and on file with the leasing office to include up to date pet vaccines and photos. Please contact us for more details.
